Scope of on-platform protection
The platform only protects bookings and payments completed on-platform. Transactions arranged outside the platform are not covered.
User conduct and content rules
Messages must not include contact information, external links, or similar sensitive content. Violations may be blocked or restricted.
Orders and fulfillment
Order confirmation, cancellation, rescheduling, and refund handling follow the rules and statuses shown on the order page. Key status changes are recorded by the platform.
Privacy and data
The Privacy Policy is available under Legal & Compliance. We follow data minimization and use data only for transactions and compliance.
